Great People to do business with I recently took over handling my Mother-in-laws affairs after her husband passed on. They own a home in the Lake Wales area which is about two hours from our home. We moved Mom in with us and decided to rent the house until the economy picks up again and needed to change her policy to a landlord policy. Don and his staff handled everything for us via the internet and phone. Saved us so much time and money. What a GREAT group of people.

Lock Insurance A++ Service My husband and I have been a customer of Lock Insurance for a couple of years now. Don Westerfield is our agent and he is wonderful. Anything that you may need, he is there. They keep in touch and make sure everything is going good with your insurance needs. I have nothing but positive words for them. Great Insurance Company I have had car insurance with Lock Ins. for several years and homeowners insurance for about 6 months. They make sure to find the lowest rates for their clients. This company provides excellent customer service. I will continue to stay with them for all of my insurance needs.

After our move to Florida our old insurance company was unable to help my wife and I with our insurance needs. Don was very helpful in the transistion process.
